Shai Gilgeous-Alexander NBA

Want a chance to win up to 100x your entry at Underdog Fantasy? Look no further than Underdog Ladders, which can be found in the “Originals” section of the DFS app.

Make 3-5 picks and progressively win more based on how well each of your picks performs that day.

A Look At Underdog’s New Format: Ladders

Underdog Fantasy continues to innovate the DFS pick’em offering, adding another game type called Ladders.

Ladders joins Streaks as the two featured contest types under the “Originals” tab.

Underdog Ladders FAQ

The format for Ladders is simple. Each pick has three rungs to hit, and all of your picks have to hit a rung to get that particular payout.

As of now, only NBA player projections are included as an option for Ladders, though future expansion into other sports is expected.

Underdog Ladders Payout Structure

Each rung in the ladders structure has a multiplier associated with it.

Refer to the table below for the payouts based on how many picks you make.

All entries must include active picks from at least two different teams.

Underdog Ladders Voided Picks Rules

If a tied or voided pick makes an entry invalid, Underdog deems the entry will be considered void, and the fee will be refunded.

“If a pick is voided and the entry is still valid, the entry will be graded as a Loss if another pick is lost. If a pick is voided and the entry is still valid where all other picks won, the entry will be graded as a Win but will pay out for the number of active players.

For example, a 4-pick Ladders entry with one void would become a 3-pick Ladders entry and if it wins would pay at as a 3-pick Ladders win.  A 3-pick ladder with void(s) will result in a refund.”

In the case of postponed contests, picks will be graded as void if the game resumes the next day after 5 a.m. EST or if there is a venue change.

Must be 18+ (19+ in AL, NE; 19+ in CO for some games; 21+ in AZ, MA, and VA) and present in a state where Underdog Fantasy operates. Terms apply. See assets.underdogfantasy.com/web/PlayandGetTerms_DFS_.html for details. Offer not valid in MD, MI, OH, and PA. Concerned with your play? Call 1-800-GAMBLER or visit www.ncpgambling.org; NY: Call the 24/7 HOPEline at 1-877-8-HOPENY or Text HOPENY (467369)

Underdog Ladders Pick’Em Rescues

There are multiple reasons why your pick may leave the first half of the game including injury, ejection etc.

Underdog will refund your entry in this case and potentially offer you a special that will appear in you player lobby the next day if you chose “higher” for your rescued pick.

Make sure to note that all picks are not eligible for rescues. NBA, MLB, WNBA, NFL, and CFB picks are the only sports eligible for this policy.

Why Underdog?

Underdog is available in 35+ states, regardless of whether that state has legalized sports betting or not. They also have a smooth app with plenty of player options across numerous sports.

If you are new, sign up using promo code PROPS to receive $100 when you play $5 on the platform.

Simply click the banner above and the promo code will populate!

Since its debut in August 2024, FastDraft Fantasy has lived up to its moniker with an efficient, easy-to-use and rewarding Best Ball drafting experience for its users. The FastDraft app makes a strong initial first impression with a clean interface that clearly delineates between the platform’s Best Ball and DFS contests.

Given its existence within what is an increasingly crowded Best Ball product market, FastDraft’s offerings prioritize an attempt to differentiate to the benefit of the fantasy player seeking flexibility and variety in their Best Ball fare. The platform also keeps pace with its competition by offering lucrative prize pools of between $5,000 and $25,000 in its contests.

FastDraft Contest Types

FastDraft Best Ball multi-entry tournament contests are available in three different formats: Origins, D-Up! and Flex 4, all which feature positionless rosters.

Origins are contests that consist of the fantasy player drafting six incoming rookies at any skill position. These contests fully embrace the combination of anticipation and uncertainty inherent in prognosticating the level of production top first-year players will be able to generate in their initial NFL seasons.

D-Up! is FastDraft’s latest offering, and it requires a fantasy player to draft six defensive linemen, linebackers or defensive backs. These contests, essentially an extension of IDP-only season-long fantasy leagues, certainly bring in a different strategic element from the norm due to the complete absence of offensive players/statistics.

Flex 4 is what could be considered FastDraft’s more traditional Best Ball product, with one key exception – there is no quarterback. The fantasy player will draft six total running backs, wide receivers or tight ends, and the top four scores each week will count toward the fantasy player’s total.

Editor’s Note: Want to give FastDraft a try? Use promo code PROPS and get a 100% deposit match up to $50!

Unique FastDraft Fantasy Features

In either of the three contest types, the fantasy player will also be setting Boosters, which are multipliers at the 2x, 1.75x, 1.5x and 1.25x levels. Fantasy players are allowed to apply one of each booster to a rostered athlete for the duration of the season, and in turn, the production generated by that athlete will be multiplied accordingly.

Boosters can be modified within a roster until the set Booster Lock date and time, which is set for just before the start of the opening Thursday Night Football game of the NFL regular season.

Additionally, FastDraft has Turbo Mode, an innovative feature that offers the mutual benefit to the platform and its fantasy players of allowing the latter to maximize the number of Best Ball drafts he/she wants to enter without having to be present for those drafts.

The fantasy player will simply select the number of Best Ball drafts they want to enter and set their player rankings for each. After the drafts are complete, the fantasy player can go back to each roster and apply their Booster levels to each player.

Even without Turbo Mode activated, FastDraft already lives up to its name by making its contests six rounds in length with a 20-second pick timer. With FastDraft’s contests also limited to 10 teams, Best Ball drafts are completed very quickly, a significant convenience for the busy fantasy player who’s seeking to maximize Best Ball action while still being present for the draft.

Why FastDraft Instead of Other Best Ball Options

Innovative, Diverse Formats: The flexibility of choosing between the three contests formats, each which has its own unique strategic elements, is one of its most appealing features. Not only does it allow one to truly diversify a Best Ball portfolio in terms of contest types, but playing all three certainly sharpens a fantasy player’s overall knowledge within that particular season’s landscape, which could pay off when playing any number of other season-long fantasy formats.

Booster Feature: Playing with fantasy scoring multipliers is something that both season-long and DFS players are already familiar with. However, the strategic process of deciding how to assign four different multiplier levels to one roster and having those decisions apply for the duration of an entire regular season brings a very different element into play.

Multiple Tracking Options for Pertinent Information: I enjoy FastDraft’s platform-wide commitment to keeping pertinent information the fantasy player can benefit from within easy, convenient reach. This includes ADP Movers and News features that provide fantasy players with details on which athlete’s draft positions are rising and falling the most and general up-to-the-minute developments, respectively. Moreover, the platform’s Portfolio allows you to track your exposure to players at each position across all your Best Ball contests on the platform, as well as how you’ve distributed Boosters across athletes and how the ADP of your drafted players compares that same athlete’s overall ADP on the platform.

Why Pick’em Slips Beat Single Props

Most bettors hunt props in isolation—”Matthew Stafford higher than 230 yards” here, “Kenneth Walker lower than 50.5 rushing yards” there. Sharp bettors do something different: They chain 3-4 props that form a coherent game script. Perfect time to use your Underdog promo code!

How the Betr Picks Promo Code Works

Betr Picks operates differently from traditional sportsbooks. This is a pick ’em prediction platform where you build slips with multiple player prop predictions and chase multipliers based on how many picks you nail. Here’s how the welcome bonus breaks down:

Step 1: Download the Betr Picks app (iOS or Android)
Step 2: Register using promo code PROPS1
Step 3: Complete KYC verification (standard identity check)
Step 4: Claim your free $10 bonus (credited immediately)
Step 5: Make your first deposit ($10+ recommended)
Step 6: Receive 50% deposit match up to $200 (deposit $400 → get $200 bonus)

What makes Betr different: This isn’t spread betting or moneyline wagering. You’re making predictions on player props (like “Matthew Stafford > 265.5 pass yards” or “Jaxon Smith-Njigba > 109.5 receiving yards”). Stack multiple predictions into one slip, and the multiplier increases dramatically.

The multiplier structure:

  • 2 picks correct = 3x payout
  • 3 picks correct = 6x payout
  • 4 picks correct = 10x payout
  • 5 picks correct = 20x payout
  • 6+ picks correct = 25x+ payout

Why this matters for tonight: You can build multi-pick slips on Rams-Seahawks player props and chase massive multipliers if you nail all your predictions. The free $10 + deposit match gives you runway to test multiple slip combinations.

Don’t waste time, CLAIM YOUR BETR PICKS BONUS NOW to load up on some Matthew Stafford or Colby Parkinson pick’em plays!

Why Betr Picks Stands Out for NFL Pick ‘Em Contests

Here’s what separates Betr from traditional sportsbooks and other prediction platforms:

1. Pick ‘Em Format Instead of Traditional Betting

Betr isn’t a sportsbook in most states—it’s a prediction contest platform. You’re not betting against the house; you’re predicting player performance outcomes. This format is legal in 32+ states where traditional sports betting isn’t available.

2. Massive Multiplier Potential

Stack 5-6 player prop predictions into one slip, and you’re chasing 20x to 25x multipliers. A $10 slip with 5 correct picks pays $200. That’s the upside Betr offers. Think TNF will be a shootout? Load up on JSN and Puka Nacua predictions!

3. Founded by Jake Paul

Love him or hate him, Jake Paul’s involvement brings mainstream credibility and marketing muscle. The platform has grown rapidly since launch and continues expanding to new states.

4. App-Only Platform (iOS & Android)

Betr is exclusively mobile. There’s no desktop browser version. This keeps the UX clean and streamlined for on-the-go predictions.

5. Live Streaming Integration

Watch live NFL action directly in the app while tracking your pick ’em slips in real-time. No need to switch between apps. If you’re on the go, you can check out Rams vs. Seahawks so you don’t miss any of your players catching a bomb!

6. Group Play Peer-to-Peer Contests

In some states, Betr operates as peer-to-peer contests where you compete against other users instead of the house. This adds a social layer to predictions.

7. Full Sportsbook in Ohio & Virginia

If you’re located in Ohio or Virginia, Betr operates as a full online sportsbook with spreads, moneylines, totals, and live betting—not just pick ’em contests.

Good luck on TNF!

Saturday, November 29th

Current Streak: 8
Longest Streak: 9

We are back and ready to try and keep the extended run going!

Our focus will be on the NBA tonight, and we’ll be backing the Pacers’ Pascal Siakam at home.

Though Indiana is slightly healthier these days, the rotation is still slimmed down. Tyrese Haliburton is out long term, and Aaron Nesmith and Obi Toppin are sidelined too. Andrew Nembhard (questionable) is also banged up.

As long as he’s healthy, Siakam will continue to have high usage and contribute across the box score.

Saturday’s matchup against the Bulls isn’t too scary for Siakam, who’s averaging 25.1 points, 7.4 rebounds and 4.6 assists per 36 minutes through 18 games this season (Basketball Reference).

The Pacers, despite their awful start, are only 3.5-point underdogs in a game with a total of 242.5. We expect another nice outing from Siakam on Saturday night.

Good luck!

Play: Pascal Siakam > 36.5 Points + Rebounds + Assists

Monday, October 27th

Current Streak: 7
Longest Streak: 9

Let’s try and hit our eighth straight pick on Monday.

Underdog Streaks

Our focus will be on the NBA today, as it’s a huge slate of games with a lot of opportunities.

Here are the highest NBA implied team totals at time of writing (approximate):

  • Warriors vs. Grizzlies (124)
  • Raptors at Bulls (122)
  • Rockets vs. Nets (120.75)
  • Bulls vs. Hawks (120.5)
  • Spurs vs. Raptors (119.5)
  • Thunder at Mavericks (117.5)
  • Suns at Jazz (117.5)

An overview of injury statuses via Underdog’s social media:

Today’s Pick:

We are siding with the Cavs’ Donovan Mitchell on the road against the Pistons.

Cleveland is favored by 2.5 and the O/U is at 230.5, even with injuries to Darius Garland and Max Strus. Lonzo Ball will also not play this evening.

UD Streaks

Mitchell is one of the best pure scorers in the NBA, and we like his chances of another high output in what should be a competitive battle this Monday.

Through three games this season, the guard has averaged 31.2 points and 20.8 field goal attempts per 36 minutes (Basketball Reference).

Play: Donovan Mitchell HIGHER Than 27.5 Points

Must be 18+ (19+ in AL, NE; 19+ in CO for some games; 21+ in AZ, MA, and VA) and present in a state where Underdog Fantasy operates. Terms apply. See assets.underdogfantasy.com/web/PlayandGetTerms_DFS_.html for details. Offer not valid in MD, MI, OH, and PA. Concerned with your play? We’re back and ready to try for seven in a row. We’ll see if any plays stand out!

Current Streak: 6
Longest Streak: 9

It’s a big NBA slate on Friday, and that’s where we will turn our attention to.

Here’s a quick look at the highest NBA implied team totals for tonight (approximate):

  • Magic vs. Hawks (121)
  • Cavaliers at Nets (121)
  • Spurs at Pelicans (119)
  • Mavericks vs. Wizards (119)
  • Kings vs. Jazz (119)
  • Raptors vs. Bucks (118)
  • Grizzlies vs. Heat (118)

One of the most popular players will be Victor Wembanyama, who looked beyond dominant in the season opener and now heads into a favorable fantasy matchup against the Pelicans. San Antonio is implied for the third-most points on this busy slate.

For our play, we’re adding Jalen Brunson’s points projection in a home matchup against the Celtics. New York is favored by 3.5 and the total is at around 230.5.

Underdog Streaks

There’s no questioning who the alpha in the Knicks offense is, and there’s a chance Karl-Anthony Towns and Josh Hart (both questionable) could be inactive/hobbled.

This is not the same Celtics squad we’ve come to fear in recent seasons. Jayson Tatum is out long term, and Jrue Holiday, Kristaps Porzingis and Al Horford have moved elsewhere. We expect a big individual showing from Brunson inside Madison Square Garden.

Today’s Pick:

Jalen Brunson HIGHER Than 27.5 Points

Must be 18+ (19+ in AL, NE; 19+ in CO for some games; 21+ in AZ, MA, and VA) and present in a state where Underdog Fantasy operates. Terms apply. See assets.underdogfantasy.com/web/PlayandGetTerms_DFS_.html for details. Offer not valid in MD, MI, OH, and PA. Concerned with your play? Monday, September 29th

We have hit five straight and will be aiming for six on Monday.

Current Streak: 5
Longest Streak: 9

UD Streaks - 9/26

The MLB playoffs start up tomorrow, so tonight’s focus will be on the two-game Monday Night Football slate.

For today, we’re looking at Breece Hall’s fantasy points projection in a battle between two 0-3 division rivals.

Underdog Streaks

While Hall hasn’t been as productive overall this season, he’s shown flashes of his game-breaking ability, and he’s a player who’s heavily involved in both the rushing and passing attacks. He’s already caught eight passes and been targeted 13 times through three games.

In what should be a competitive game against the Dolphins, we think Hall’s projection is a touch on the low side for Week 4 Monday Night Football.

Today’s Pick:

Breece Hall HIGHER Than 12.25 Fantasy Points

Must be 18+ (19+ in AL, NE; 19+ in CO for some games; 21+ in AZ, MA, and VA) and present in a state where Underdog Fantasy operates. Terms apply. See assets.underdogfantasy.com/web/PlayandGetTerms_DFS_.html for details. Offer not valid in MD, MI, OH, and PA. Concerned with your play? Thursday, September 25th

Let’s try and hit five in a row on Thursday!

Current Streak: 4
Longest Streak: 9

Underdog Streaks

For Thursday’s play, we are shifting to the NFL matchup between the Seahawks and Cardinals.

It’s a crucial early-season divisional battle for Week 4 TNF, and we think Marvin Harrison Jr.’s fantasy points projection could be worth attacking.

The receiver hasn’t quite lived up to the billing so far this season, but we expect Arizona to turn more to Kyler Murray and the passing attack in general now that starting running back James Conner has been lost long-term.

Harrison Jr. has logged 89%, 93% and 80% snap rates through the first three weeks and brings both big play ability and a strong presence in the red zone.

Today’s Pick:

Marvin Harrison Jr. HIGHER Than 8.95 Fantasy Points

Wednesday, September 24th

We’ll be going for four straight winners on Wednesday.

Current Streak: 3
Longest Streak: 9

Today’s Pick:

Shohei Ohtani HIGHER Than 9.5 Fantasy Points

Must be 18+ (19+ in AL, NE; 19+ in CO for some games; 21+ in AZ, MA, and VA) and present in a state where Underdog Fantasy operates. Terms apply. See assets.underdogfantasy.com/web/PlayandGetTerms_DFS_.html for details. Offer not valid in MD, MI, OH, and PA. Concerned with your play? Tuesday, September 23rd

We were able to hit our first two plays, so let’s aim for three in a row on Tuesday!

Current Streak: 2
Longest Streak: 9

Underdog Streaks

Here are the highest MLB implied team totals for tonight’s slate at time of writing:

NYY (5.6)
ATL (5.4)
HOU (5.4)
OAK (5.4)
LAD (5.2)

The Yankees are in one of the best team situations of the day at home against Shane Smith and the putrid White Sox, so Aaron Judge sticks out once more.

Heading into Tuesday night, Judge has hit 49 home runs and added 12 stolen bases on top of his outstanding .466 xwOBA and .345 ISO across 146 games (FanGraphs).

Judge owns a .452 wOBA and .324 ISO versus righties this season. Thirty-five of his HRs have come against RHP.

Today’s Pick:

Aaron Judge HIGHER Than 10.5 Fantasy Points

Must be 18+ (19+ in AL, NE; 19+ in CO for some games; 21+ in AZ, MA, and VA) and present in a state where Underdog Fantasy operates. Terms apply. See assets.underdogfantasy.com/web/PlayandGetTerms_DFS_.html for details. Offer not valid in MD, MI, OH, and PA. Concerned with your play? Monday, September 22nd

The streak has reset, so we’ll try and get back on track.

Current Streak: 0
Longest Streak: 9

We’re crossing over sports on Monday, with one NFL and one MLB play standing out.

Underdog Streaks

Jahmyr Gibbs was effective in Week 2’s 52-21 decimation of the Bears, racking up 94 rushing yards on 12 carries to go with three receptions for 10 yards. He has a huge role in the rushing and passing attack for Detroit, so we like his fantasy points projection in what should be a back-and-forth showdown versus Baltimore.

It’s a slow day in baseball, but we do like the spot for the Giants at home against Michael McGreevy and the Cardinals.

Rafael Devers has had another strong season, totaling 32 homers and 105 RBI to go with a .376 xwOBA and .217 ISO across 157 games for Boston and San Francisco (FanGraphs). He has a .380 wOBA and .237 ISO against RHP in 2025.

Today’s Picks:

Jahmyr Gibbs HIGHER Than 14.25 Fantasy Points

Rafael Devers HIGHER Than 7.5 Fantasy Points

Must be 18+ (19+ in AL, NE; 19+ in CO for some games; 21+ in AZ, MA, and VA) and present in a state where Underdog Fantasy operates. Terms apply. See assets.underdogfantasy.com/web/PlayandGetTerms_DFS_.html for details. Offer not valid in MD, MI, OH, and PA. Concerned with your play? Dabble Fantasy

Dabble Fantasy is a mobile fantasy sports platform that makes daily fantasy sports more social and interactive. It’s a fun way to combine picks, predictions, and fantasy sports with social platforms. We’ll tell you everything you need to know about how to play Dabble Fantasy.

How Sleeper DFS Contests Work

Before you go all-in on Brunson props, here’s what you need to understand about Sleeper’s contest structure—because it’s different from traditional sportsbooks.

Sleeper operates two main contest types:

Sleeper Picks (Fantasy Player Props)

This is where you hunt Brunson tonight. Sleeper Picks let you make individual prop predictions—basically “will Brunson go OVER or UNDER his scoring line?” These contests feel exactly like making props wagers at a sportsbook, but with a DFS-style payoff structure.

You’re essentially predicting player performance outcomes, and if your picks hit, you pocket the profit. The interface is clean, the lines are sharp, and payouts are instant.

What separates Sleeper from Vegas: Sleeper’s Picks often feature tighter juice than traditional sportsbooks because the platform uses crowdsourced pricing. Less vigorish = better expected value on your plays compared to brick-and-mortar books.

Daily Drafts (Head-to-Head Competition)

This is the other side of Sleeper. Daily Drafts pit you against other players in a fantasy basketball draft-style competition. You build a full lineup within a salary cap, compete for points, and whoever scores more wins the contest.

Daily Drafts are separate from tonight’s Brunson prop chase, but they’re worth knowing about for future plays.

Regional variations matter: In some states, the Picks contests are replaced by SleeperVS, which is a peer-to-peer version of Sleeper’s prop contests. Instead of playing against Sleeper, you’re playing against other users. The mechanics stay the same—pick MORE/LESS on player stats—but the payoff structure shifts based on how money flows. Check your state’s availability before depositing.

Sleeper Promo Code For NBA Props Today

Here’s what separates Sleeper Fantasy from the competition:

1. Tighter Lines = Better Value

Sleeper’s Picks are crowdsourced, meaning the lines reflect what bettors actually think, not what Vegas forces you to take. You often get better odds than traditional sportsbooks.

2. Zero Rollover Nonsense

Win money on a Brunson prop? It’s yours. Withdraw it immediately. No “you gotta play through it 5 times first” restrictions.

3. Fast Payouts

Most Sleeper payouts settle within 24 hours of game end. You’re not waiting a week to see if Brunson’s stats get adjusted.

4. Mobile-First Platform

The Sleeper app is clean. Building stacks, tracking lineups, monitoring live scores—it’s all smooth. No clunky interface like some competitors.

Jalen Brunson Points Prop on Sleeper: Knicks vs Spurs Promo Code

  • Player Prop: Jalen Brunson Higher Than 30.5 Points

Here’s what sharp bettors understand about tonight’s NBA Cup Finals: The Knicks will go as far as Brunson goes. His usage has been through the roof lately, and that should be no different in tonight’s high-stakes, hostile environment.

Let me break down why Brunson’s points prop on Sleeper is a legitimate play for tonight.

Knicks vs Spurs NBA Cup Odds & Info

  • Game: New York Knicks (18-7) vs San Antonio Spurs (18-7)
  • Time: 8:30 PM ET, Tuesday, December 16, 2025
  • Location: T-Mobile Arena, Las Vegas
  • Spread: Knicks -2.5
  • Moneyline: Spurs +120, Knicks -140
  • Total: 234.5

This is the NBA Cup championship game—the winner gets $500,000 per player, the trophy, and bragging rights. The stakes are real, and Brunson thrives in high-pressure moments.

Knicks vs Spurs NBA Cup Finals: Building Winning Pick’em Slips on Underdog

Tonight, we have New York (18-7) vs San Antonio (18-7) at T-Mobile Arena in Las Vegas. Knicks -2.5, total 234.5. Let’s dig into more important information.

NBA Cup Finals Game Info

  • Game: San Antonio Spurs (18-7) vs New York Knicks (18-7)
  • Time: 8:30 PM ET, Tuesday, December 16, 2025
  • Location: T-Mobile Arena, Las Vegas
  • TV: Amazon Prime Video
  • Spread: Knicks -2.5
  • Moneyline: Spurs +120, Knicks -140
  • Total: 234.5

What’s at stake: The NBA Cup championship trophy, bragging rights, and $500,000 per player for the winning team ($200,000 for the runner-up). This game doesn’t count in the regular season standings, but the competition is real.

How To Use Underdog Welcome Offer

Here’s the thing: Underdog lets you build Higher/Lower pick’em slips where you decide if a player will go over or under a stat total. These work exactly like player props at sportsbooks, but with a DFS-style twist.

How it works:

  • You pick if a player goes HIGHER or LOWER than their stat line
  • Single-entry picks pay 1x your entry (e.g., $100 entry = $100 profit)
  • Stack multiple picks together for multiplied payouts (2 picks = 3x, 3 picks = 6x, etc.)

Example for tonight: “Knicks control the paint, OG Anunoby dominates the glass, Jalen Brunson facilitates.”

How that builds on Underdog:

  • OG Anunoby HIGHER 4.5 rebounds
  • Jalen Brunson HIGHER 6.5 assists

That’s a coherent narrative, not random props. Each pick feeds the same story.

Best Underdog Props Tonight: Bonus Code Plays

Let’s jump into the good stuff!

OG Anunoby HIGHER 4.5 Rebounds

This is the anchor prop for any Knicks pick’em slip tonight.

OG Anunoby has been dominating the glass in the Knicks’ recent stretch. Over his last 5 games, he’s averaging 10 rebound chances per game—that’s elite volume for a wing player.

OG’s Recent Rebound Performance:

  • Dec 13 vs Orlando: 6 rebounds (40 minutes, NBA Cup semifinals)
  • Dec 9 @ Toronto: 6 rebounds
  • Dec 7 vs Orlando: 7 rebounds
  • Nov 9 vs Brooklyn: 8 rebounds
  • Nov 5 vs Minnesota: 8 rebounds

He’s cleared 4.5 rebounds in every single game in his last 5. Against a Spurs team that attacks the paint with Victor Wembanyama and Jeremy Sochan, the Knicks will need OG crashing the glass hard.

Stephon Castle HIGHER 17.5 Points

Here’s where sharp bettors are moving: Stephon Castle has seen massive usage since returning from injury for the Spurs.

Castle, San Antonio’s rookie guard, has been cooking lately. His usage rate has skyrocketed in recent games, and he’s expected to play heavy minutes in tonight’s NBA Cup Finals with Wembanyama commanding double-teams.

Castle’s Recent Scoring:

  • Averaging 15.1 PPG on the season
  • Posted 26 points on Nov 2 vs Phoenix
  • Posted 22 points on Oct 27 vs Toronto
  • Huge free-throw rate: 4.6 FTA per game (gets to the line consistently)

Against a Knicks defense that ranks middle of the pack in perimeter defense, Castle should see opportunity. If Wembanyama draws help defense in the paint, Castle gets clean looks from three and driving lanes.

Victor Wembanyama Props on Underdog

Wemby just returned from a 12-game absence due to a left calf injury and immediately went off in the semifinals: 22 points, 9 rebounds, 2 blocks in just 21 minutes against OKC.

The beautiful thing about playing on Underdog is that you DO NOT have to make a decison on anything Wemby-related.

Jalen Brunson Props on Underdog

Brunson has been elite in the NBA Cup run. He dropped a vintage performance in the semifinals against Orlando and is the Knicks’ primary offensive engine.

Brunson’s Season Stats:

  • Averaging 25+ PPG and 7+ APG
  • Elite free-throw rate
  • Thrives in big-moment games

He’s been such a great scorer that I’m leaning lower than 6.5 assists.

Good luck, and take advantage of this Underdog Promo Code!

Top DFS sites and promo codes

There are over a dozen top DFS sites out there, each offering something a little different. Some have a wide variety of games, while others have just a few. Some are app-only, while others have both an app and website option. Some are great for beginners, while others focus on more experienced players. The list goes on.

Here are the top 11 DFS sites we recommend for players of all skill levels, from beginner to expert.

Chalkboard Fantasy

Chalkboard Fantasy is a great option for those who like pick’em games on the big four pro sports leagues. There is also a free-to-play option so you don’t even have to make a deposit to get in on the fun.

Chalkboard offers many different pick’em options, including team and player props, in-game, parlay, moneyline, and point spread. All you need to do is predict whether the result will be above or below the number listed.

Don’t like the number listed? Chalkboard makes it easy to adjust the spread and create more alt lines with higher or lower potential payout. Additionally, new players can get $20 free just for signing up on the site. No deposit required to get this solid promotional offer.

Pros

  • Available in more than 30 states
  • Many different payout multiplier options
  • Huge variety of wager types, including teasers, in-game bets, and parlays
  • Great new customer offer
  • All the biggest pro sports leagues have many prediction options
  • Free-to-play and premium play options both available

Cons

  • Not available in as many states as other DFS sites
  • Only four sports available
  • Complicated process to withdraw winnings
  • Separate file download required to play from a PC

More on Chalkboard Fantasy

Speaking of deposits, Chalkboard has three deposit options, including PayPal, major credit/debit cards, and bank transfers. Currently, the only withdrawal option is a bank transfer, which usually takes a day or two to complete.

The best part of the Chalkboard app is the aforementioned alt line adjustment tool that gives users the ability to easily change the listed number to one that more closely aligns with their risk tolerance. It’s a great feature that is available for most pick’em options.

There is a lot to like about Chalkboard, but its biggest drawback is the lack of available sports. Chalkboard only has four sports to choose from, which is far fewer than the competition.

Check out our full Chalkboard Fantasy review for more on this great DFS option.

Betr Picks

Must be 18+ (21+ in certain states) and physically located in a jurisdiction where Betr Picks operates to participate. Restrictions apply. Void where prohibited. Promotion ends 10/31/25. The $10 registration bonus will be credited after passing KYC. T&Cs apply. Gaming problem? Call the NCPG at 1-800-522-4700 or visit ncpgambling.org.

Betr Picks co-founder Jake Paul knows how to entertain audiences, but does he know how to run a successful DFS site? How has his foray into DFS and pick’em games turned out so far? Pretty well, actually.

Betr Picks is a great DFS site that does a lot of things well, but its microwagering options separate it from the competition. This form of live betting is fast-paced and fun; you can literally pick whether the next pitch at an MLB game will be a strike or ball or whether the next play in an NFL game will be a pass or run. The technology is impressive and it’s a fun way to make picks in real time.

In addition to microwagering Betr Picks has several different pick’em games, including edge combos, boosted picks, edge picks, and anchor picks. You can make up to 8 selections in one parlay sheet and if you get them all right you can win up to 1,000 times your original wager. Most DFS sites don’t pay out that much, so this is a good feature for those who like to play long shot contests.

Pros

  • Founded by popular boxer and media celebrity Jake Paul
  • Wide variety of available sports
  • Betr Picks is a fun pick’em game that can pay out up to 1,000x your original wager
  • Three types of contests: pick’em, peer-to-peer fantasy contests, and in-game micro wagering
  • Online sportsbook available in OH and VA
  • Above-average new customer offer

Cons

  • Pick’em games prohibited in many states
  • App only; no website option available
  • Only one withdrawal option
  • Must be 21+ to play (many other DFS sites are 18+)

More on Betr Picks

The Betr Picks new customer offer gives players a free $10 credit to use on the site as well as a 50% deposit match up to $200. This is a better offer than most of the competition.

Other wager types aside from live picks include moneylines, totals, and point spreads. At this time alt lines are not available, but we hope to see them added soon. Banking options include debit cards, PayPal, and bank transfer. The withdrawal method must be the same as the deposit method.

The app is easy to use and features innovative social aspects that make it enjoyable to play with friends. The Betr Picks people know how to create an engaging app. The only drawback is that there is no browser version for those who like to play DFS games on their laptop.

Betr Picks is best for younger DFS fans who like the flash of Jake Paul and his colleagues. The app is as brash as Mr. Paul’s personality, but behind the sizzle is a solidly built platform that delivers a wide variety of entertaining game options.

Check out our full Betr Picks review for more on this great DFS option

PrizePicks

PrizePicks doesn’t have a lot of different types of games, but the games it does offer are excellent. It operates in 43 states and has a solid new customer offer along with several fun ongoing promotions.

PrizePicks has two types of pick’em games available that are familiar to most DFS players. Power Play picks mean that all predictions have to win in order to get paid. This game type pays out higher than the Flex Play option, but it’s also harder to achieve. Flex Play lets you collect winnings even if you get up to two picks wrong. The payout is less but it’s more flexible, hence the name.

New users can get $50 instantly after playing just $5 or more on PrizePicks. This is a good offer, but it is a bit less generous than other DFS sites.

Pros

  • Two types of pick’em formats for additional flexibility
  • Many creative game types to customize potential payouts
  • Great new customer offer
  • Taco Tuesday is a fun ongoing promotion that discounts selected player projections
  • Mobile app and desktop version both available
  • More withdrawal options than other DFS sites

Cons

  • Pick’em games not available in every state that allows PrizePicks
  • Betting limits can be set very low if you have any level of success
  • Traditional DFS games not offered

More on PrizePicks

PrizePicks offers about 20 different sports, which gives it an unmatched depth of pick’em options. All the biggest pro sports are listed on the site alongside some interesting sports like frisbee golf, cricket, and lacrosse. If you’re looking for something different to pick from, PrizePicks is a good option for you.

PrizePicks also has more ongoing promotions than the competition. Flex Fridays and Taco Tuesdays are legendary in the DFS world, and both promotions offer discounted predictions and protected play that doesn’t impact your payout. If fun promotions are important to you, PrizePicks is your best bet.

The one drawback of PrizePicks is that they are very quick to limit the amount you can wager each day if you start having some success on the site. If you’re a big DFS player and are comfortable putting hundreds or thousands down on pick’em games each day or week, you might not be able to at PrizePicks. Other than that it’s a great site that is worth checking out.

OwnersBox

OwnersBox has three types of contests: player picks, salary cap, spin & draft, and lightning lineups. These are popular contests familiar to DFS players. We particularly like the fact that OwnersBox has a salary cap game, because most pick-em-focused DFS sites don’t offer that option.

OwnersBox only has five sports available to pick from, which is a bummer for those who like playing all kinds of different pick’em games. It’s available in 38 states plus DC, which is more than most of the competition. As you can tell, OwnersBox has several advantages and a few disadvantages.

The welcome bonus is an advantage. It’s a straightforward deposit match up to $100, which is a great way to try out the site with some extra credits to play with.

Pros

  • Three types of DFS contests available
  • Great deposit match promotion
  • App is intuitive and easy to use
  • All the top pro sports leagues are featured
  • Available in 38 states + DC and Canada

Cons

  • Limited number of sports compared to the competition
  • Only one online withdrawal option
  • Not much separates it from the competition

More on OwnersBox

OwnersBox is one of the few DFS sites that has a rewards program, which we really like. It’s always nice to be rewarded for your play, and the OwnersBucks that players earn can be used as site credit or redeemed for merchandise in the company store.

Other than the rewards program, OwnersBox doesn’t have any ongoing promotions, which is a bummer. OwnersBox is best for those who like playing traditional pick’em games and salary cap games in a straightforward format without all the extra bells and whistles.

Check out our full OwnersBox Fantasy review for more on this solid DFS option.

Sleeper Fantasy

Restrictions apply. See sleeper.com/match for details. 18+ (19 in AL & NE; 21 in MA & VA). First-time depositors only. $25 minimum. 100% match up to $100. Play Responsibly. Call/text 1-800-426-2537 for help.

Sleeper Fantasy has several sports to choose from and offers three exciting game types. Sleeper is one of our favorite DFS sites because of the huge number of player prop options it offers. It also has a fun app that has a great social component so you can easily play with your friends.

Sleeper has a terrific player prop pick’em option, but it also offers a daily draft game that is like a salary cap DFS game without the salary cap. Users create a roster of players and compete against other users. If your players do the best that day, you win. No pick’em over/unders or salary caps. Just pick some players and hope they have a career day.

The Sleeper new customer offer is a solid 100% deposit match up to $100. Nothing extravagant, just good value that lets you play with house money after signing up for an account.

Pros

  • Established company that has been around for over 8 years
  • Excellent new customer offer
  • Tons of player prop picks available with huge potential payouts
  • More games and leagues than the competition
  • Available in 30 states
  • Highly rated on Apple App Store and Google Play Store

Cons

  • Only two deposit/withdrawal options
  • Not in as many states as other DFS sites
  • Other sites have more available sports

More on Sleeper Fantasy

A dozen sports are available on Sleeper, which is a good number. The really low-profile sports aren’t there, but popular options like tennis and UFC are listed. It’s a good mix of pick’em options. Similarly, Sleeper has four banking options, including Venmo and PayPal. Withdrawing funds is quicker and easier on Sleeper than many other DFS sites, and deposits are also a snap.

The Sleeper app is highly rated and integrates social media into its user interface. Users can connect and text each other through the app, adding a fun social element to the pick’em experience. The one area we would like to see added in the future is a couple more game types, but that is a small gripe. Overall, we really like Sleeper Fantasy, and we think you’ll like it too.

ParlayPlay Promo Code

Parlay Play
100% Deposit Match Up To $100
NO PROMO CODE NEEDED
100% Deposit Match Up To $100
NO PROMO CODE NEEDED
Must be 18+ and based in the USA.

ParlayPlay does things a little differently. It offers pick’em games like the other DFS sites, but its Hit It game is unique. Rather than picking whether a player will go over or under a certain metric, with Hit It, you are choosing from several different scoring ranges. This gives you some flexibility and is a fun game type that is a little different than the others.

We really like Hit it, but we also appreciate the other game types on ParlayPlay and the many ongoing promotions. There’s a lot to like with ParlayPlay, including a deposit match of up to $100 for new players. Add to that a loyalty program and you have a great DFS site.

Pros

  • Unique combination of prop and parlay options with variable payouts
  • More sports than other DFS sites
  • Great new customer offer
  • A loyalty program!
  • App is intuitive and fun to use

Cons

  • Only available in 27 states
  • Only one withdrawal method
  • Traditional DFS games not offered

More on ParlayPlay

More than a dozen sports are listed on ParlayPlay, so you’ll always have some pick’em games to choose from. Another unique feature of ParlayPlay is the inclusion of crypto as a deposit option. It’s not available in every state, but no other DFS site lets you fund your account using your crypto wallet.

If you’re into crypto, ParlayPlay might be the best DFS option for you. It’s also the best option for those who are into a variety of different pick’em games and also like creative ongoing promotions. The one drawback we have found is that it is not available in as many states as other DFS sites, and the cash-out process takes 3-5 days, which is longer than the competition. Other than that, it’s a great DFS site that is worth checking out.

Check out our full Parlay Play Promo Code review for more on this great DFS option

BettDraft Promo Code

BettDraft is not as widely known as its competition, but it offers users an appealing product that focuses on low entry fees and high potential payouts. It’s a solid option for beginners as well. It doesn’t have all the bells and whistles of the larger DFS brands, but it’s a good option to check out.

New users can get a deposit match up to $100 at BettDraft, which is a nice way to check out the site after signing up for an account. The only ongoing promotion offered by BettDraft is a refer-a-friend option, which is a little disappointing.

BettDraft makes up for its shortcomings by offering a huge variety of sports to pick from. Its pick’em draft game type is the only one available, but you can make up to 10 selections, which would result in a massive payout in the unlikely event it hits. However, you can also get paid if up to three of your picks are not correct. The payout is much less, but other DFS sites usually limit it to two, so this is an extra feature.

Pros

  • Entry fees start at just $1
  • Higher potential payouts than other sites
  • Competitive new customer offer
  • Huge variety of sports to choose from
  • Website is easy to navigate and great for beginners

Cons

  • Only one withdrawal option available
  • Only one game type (prop-style picking)
  • Not in as many states as other DFS sites
  • Has only been around since 2023

More on BettDraft

BettDraft only has one banking option, used for both deposits and withdrawals. The operator only uses Skrill, so you have to use Skrill to fund your account. Not every bank has a partnership with Skrill, so you should check with your bank before signing up for a BettDraft account. If you can’t access Skrill, you can’t fund your BettDraft account.

If you can fund your account, you will have a lot of sports to choose from. BettDraft has 15 sports to choose from, including NASCAR and Formula 1, which some DFS sites do not offer. We really like the sports selection at BettDraft.

BettDraft has several drawbacks, most notably its disappointing number of banking options (one). However, if you’re a beginner and want an easy-to-use app with very low entry fees and high potential payouts, BettDraft is worth checking out.

Dabble Promo Code

Dabble has quickly risen to prominence since its launch in 2023. Dabble Fantasy Picks is the one game type offered by the site, but that’s ok because it is a great game type that pays out up to 100x the entry fee. Dabble is easy to use and has a social aspect that makes it fun to play with friends.

If you like playing DFS games with your friends, Dabble is worth your time and bankroll. Its social media integration is very good and is the biggest reason why the site has grown so much since its 2023 launch.

Dabble also has a great new customer offer. Most sites require a deposit to get the promotion, but Dabble gives all new users $25 in bet credits after they sign up. No deposit required! This is a great way to check out the site without having to make a financial commitment.

Pros

  • Available in DFS hotbeds California, Texas, and Florida
  • Decent sign-up offer
  • Users can sign up at 18 years old rather than 21 at other DFS sites
  • Payout structure goes up to 100x entry fee
  • Social aspect fun for playing with friends

Cons

  • Only one game type available
  • Limited number of sports
  • Withdrawals limited to direct bank transfers

More on Dabble

In addition to the great new customer offer, Dabble has several creative ongoing promotions, including rocket boosts, spin & win, lightning boost, and shielded picks. It also offers all the biggest sports and even some lower-profile ones like Cricket and WNBA. You’ll find plenty of picks to make on the Dabble app.

When you’re ready to fund your account, Dabble offers three deposit options, but only one options for withdrawals. They only pay out to a bank account, so you can use Apple Pay or a credit card to make a deposit but you don’t have that option for withdrawals.

The Dabble app is great, particularly because of its social media integration, as we mentioned. Chatting with your friends and tracking their picks is a snap on the Dabble app. It’s the best part of the user experience and the biggest reason why Dabble is one of our top DFS recommendations.

Boom Fantasy Promo Code

Boom Fantasy is one of the oldest pick’em sites out there. It has been around since 2015, and has refined its offerings to become a top-tier DFS site. Boom has more ongoing promotions than the competition and offers many creative games. Add to that a solid new customer offer and you have an innovative, fun DFS site that is worth checking out.

Boom fantasy has more ongoing promotions than any other DFS site we have reviewed. They put a lot of effort into the user experience, coming up with creative ways to keep their customers engaged. In fact, they have a featured promotion every day of the week.

Boom also offers all the sports you would expect from a top DFS site, including the top four US pro sports leagues, UFC, eSports, and more. You play six different pick’em game types on Boom, including over/unders, matchups, and more. The max number of picks is just 5 so your potential max payouts might be lower than other DFS sites, but you have more ways to implement your pick’em strategy to maximize your chances of success.

Pros

  • Great new customer offer
  • Tons of fun ongoing promotions
  • Game types are more creative than other DFS sites
  • Highly rated on Apple App Store and Google Play Store
  • More deposit options than other sites

Cons

  • Not available in as many states as other DFS sites
  • Traditional DFS games not offered
  • App only; no desktop version

More on Boom Fantasy

Boom has a good variety of banking options, including PayPal and online banking. Its withdrawal options are better than most other DFS sites because you can withdraw using PayPal or Venmo in addition to online banking. This makes it much easier to access your funds because it doesn’t take as long as a normal bank transfer.

Boom Fantasy is best for those who like creative promotional offers and want some fun with their DFS gaming experience. While the actual games aren’t much different than other sites and it doesn’t have a browser version, it has many advantages that we think you’ll enjoy.

Check out our full Boom Fantasy Promo Code review for more on this fun DFS site

Underdog Fantasy

Underdog Fantasy is one of our top choices for best DFS sites. We like it because it’s creative, fun, and available in almost every state that allows DFS games. It also has a solid new customer offer and a huge variety of sports to choose from. Underdog should be on your short list of DFS sites to check out.

Underdog has become one of the biggest operators in the country for a reason. It does everything very well. It has more available sports than the competition, it has both pick’em games and traditional DFS games, it has six types of ongoing promotions, and it has a robust number of banking options.

If you sign up for an account at Underdog and play just $5 or more, you can instantly get $50 in site credit plus a free gimme pick. That is a great new customer offer that is creative and offers real value to new players.

Pros

  • Games not available anywhere else
  • One of the biggest DFS operators in the industry
  • Available in more states than the competition
  • Great new customer offer
  • Wide variety of sports

Cons

  • All games not available in every state
  • No salary cap games

More on Underdog Fantasy

Underdog uses Trustly for its online banking, and you can also deposit using PayPal, credit/debit cards, or Apple Pay. Withdrawals can be done using Trustly, a debit card, or PayPal.

The Underdog app is a snap to use and is available in more states than most other sites. The only real drawback to Underdog is that it doesn’t offer traditional salary cap games and it doesn’t have a rewards program. But those are minor quibbles compared to the many things it does right. Underdog is one of our top picks and we highly recommend you check it out if you’re looking for a great DFS site that has more to offer than the competition.

Check our full Underdog Fantasy review for more on this great DFS site

DraftKings DFS

There is no better choice for traditional DFS salary cap games than DraftKings DFS. It is the original DFS site and still the best. It has the widest variety of sports available and several different types of games to choose from. Other sites might have more pick’em games, but DraftKings is the oldest and biggest DFS operator and should be your choice for salary cap DFS games.

DraftKings also has a rewards program that gives you points for each contest you enter. This is a great added feature not available at most pick’em sites. Speaking of pick’em games, DraftKings doesn’t have any. It only has traditional DFS games. We don’t see this as a shortcoming because DraftKings started as a traditional DFS site and remains our top choice for those who want to play salary cap games against other players.

Pros

  • Biggest name in DFS
  • Huge variety of traditional DFS games to choose from
  • Available in 40+ states
  • Excellent rewards program
  • Way more sports than the competition

Cons

  • College football and basketball not offered
  • Other sites have a wider variety of pick’em games available

More on DraftKings

DraftKings also has more banking options than the competition, probably because of its experience running the biggest sportsbook in the country. You can use Apple Pay, Venmo, and even a DraftKings gift card to fund your account in addition to credit/debit cards, wire transfers, and PayPal. It also has many more withdrawal options than the competition, including wire transfer, Trustly online banking, Apple Pay, and debit cards.

The one area where we would like to see DraftKings expend is its selection of available sports. It has all the biggest sports like UFC, Tennis, and the big four sports leagues, but that’s where things end. It would be nice to have some more options to choose from, but that is a minor nitpick.

New players can get a 20% deposit match up to $500 in DK dollars, just for signing up for an account. We highly recommend DraftKings DFS to anyone who wants to play salary cap DFS games and try to compete against other players instead of just picking over/unders against the house.

How to find the best DFS new customer bonus

It is easy to find the best DFS new customer bonus. As you can see in the table below, a majority of the best DFS sites have a deposit match promotion that tops out at $100. This is a solid offer, but since a lot of them are the same, no one site stands out above the rest.

If you don’t want to deposit $100 there are a few options. Chalkboard offers $20 in site credit just for signing up. Betr offers $10, no deposit required. And Dabble offers a whopping $25 just for trying out their site.

We still think the $100 deposit match is the way to go because it gives you the highest amount of bet credits, but if you don’t want to risk $100 or more on DFS games you can get a total of $55 in credits without having to deposit anything at all by signing up for Chalkboard, Betr, and Dabble using the links on our page. What a deal!

The table below has all the new customer offers available, along with the promo codes and links needed to sign up for an account at any of our 11 favorite DFS sites.

How to sign up and claim your bonus

Every DFS site makes it extremely to sign up for an account and claim your bonus. In just a few minutes you can be putting together a team for the evening’s games. Here is a step-by-step guide to signing up for any of your favorite DFS sites.

  1. Pick a DFS site – Any of the sites listed above are great, but if you’re new to DFS and pick’em games we recommend Underdog, PrizePicks, and Sleeper Fantasy
  2. Download the app – The special links featured throughout this review page will take you directly to the signup page and will automatically give you the best new customer offer. You can also download the app first and then add the promo code during the signup process if you prefer. Either way, you’ll need to download the app early on in the signup process.
  3. Sign up for an account – The first part of signing up for an account is to enter a username, password, and valid email address. At this point you are often asked to enter a promo code. Be sure to do so to ensure you get the best offer available.
  4. Enter additional information – Step two of the signup process requires you to enter some personal information, including your address and phone number. Some sites also require the last four digits of your social security number. All this information is necessary to confirm your identity and is kept secure using industry-leading technology.
  5. Confirm Terms and Conditions and finalize the process – The signup process wraps up by you confirming that you accept the terms of the account. Each site has a different process to confirm your identity, and that step is usually done here. After all that, you’re ready to make a deposit and start playing.
  6. Make a deposit – If you’re familiar with sportsbooks, you might be surprised by the lack of deposit options available at DFS sites. They are working on adding more banking options, but for now all the biggest sites allow bank transfers, so that is your best bet. Remember that your financial information is kept safe and secure using all the latest security technology.
  7. Start playing – At this point, your account has been created and funded. You’re ready to start picking props or setting a lineup for the day’s games. Remember to use the funds from your new customer offer as soon as possible because the credits often expire after just seven days.

How to choose the best DFS site

Choosing the best DFS site begins with your location. Not every DFS site is available in every state. Five states don’t allow any of them, so we will assume you are in one of the 45 states that allow some sort of DFS gaming. Let’s go over the steps needed to find the best DFS site.

  1. If you’re in a state where pick’em games are allowed, most or all of the DFS sites listed above are available. Let’s assume that people would choose either FanDuel or DraftKings if they want to play traditional salary cap DFS games. That leaves us with 10 pick ’em-focused sites.
  2. The next step in how to choose the best DFS site. The top sites each have a new customer offer that maxes out at $100. That’s still a lot of value, but one doesn’t stand above the rest. We covered how to find the best new customer bonus in a section above, but the bottom line is that we recommend signing up for multiple sites to claim different new customer offers and get the most value out of your DFS playing.
  3. Even with 10 different new customer offers, most people don’t want to sign up for 10 different DFS sites. Let’s assume your limit is three. What should we consider next? How about available sports.
  4. The last major factor to consider is user experience. How easy is the app to use? Does the app have high ratings on the App Store and Google Play Store? Is there also a website in case you want to play on your laptop? The overall user experience varies greatly, but the bigger sites tend to have more intuitive apps that are fun and easy to use.

More on choosing the best DFS site

As we discussed above, some of the best DFS sites have the big four pro sports leagues and not much else, while others offer a huge variety of sports to try out. If you are a gamer and want to play eSports DFS games, there are six to choose from. If you like tennis, you have nine options. And so on.

After considering all these factors, Props.com recommends three DFS sites to anyone residing in a state where pick’em games are legal.

Restrictions apply. See sleeper.com/match for details. 18+ (19 in AL & NE; 21 in MA & VA). First-time depositors only. $25 minimum. 100% match up to $100. Play Responsibly. Call/text 1-800-426-2537 for help.

We like Underdog, PrizePicks, and Sleeper because they have a variety of sports, a solid new customer promotion, and fun pick’em games to choose from. Their apps are great and a social aspect is also incorporated so you can play with your friends.

We think all the DFS sites reviewed on this page are worth your time and bankroll, but if we had to just pick three, it would be Underdog, PrizePicks, and Sleeper.

Ongoing promotions and rewards programs

Each DFS site is different, but many of them offer ongoing promotions and rewards programs to keep existing customers coming back. A few even offer rewards programs. In fact, FanDuel DFS has a rewards program while FanDuel Sportsbook does not. That is an unusual twist; usually it’s the other way around.

As you can see in the table below, a wide variety of ongoing promotions are available. Some have several while others only have one. Most ongoing promotions involve some sort of payout boost or reduced pick’em line, but some sites get pretty creative. We love ongoing promotions because they add additional value and are fun to use. Here are a few of the top ongoing promotions and rewards programs offered by the biggest DFS sites.

Best DFS sports and leagues

Every DFS site has a wide variety of games focused on the big four professional sports leagues (NFL, NBA, NHL, MLB). That is where the similarities end. Some DFS sites only have a handful of sports, while others offer a huge number of sports, including low-profile options such as frisbee golf, jai alai, and lacrosse. Is frisbee golf even on TV? That’s a question for another day.

If you only want to do a pick’em game every Sunday while watching the NFL on your couch, you have you pick of any DFS site. If you want to dig a little deeper and uncover some hidden DFS opportunities, the table below has more details on all the sports available on each of the top DFS sites.

Which DFS game types are available

The best DFS sites on this page all offer different game types, but they can be split into two categories. Most DFS sites these days offer pick’em type games that look kind of like player prop sports wagers. Only a few offer traditional DFS salary cap games that were pioneered by DraftKings and FanDuel.

The sites that offer pick’em games all have different names for their offerings, but that is mostly marketing. The two basic pick’em game types are over/under and matchup. Over/under is just that: you pick whether a player will go over or under an established metric. This is just like a player prop bet at a traditional sportsbook. The matchup option is whether one player will perform better than another player based on a metric.

Pick’em sites also have a standard or flex option, though they sometimes name it differently. Standard means you have to get all your picks correct in order to win, while a flex option allows you to miss one or two picks and still get a reduced payout.

The table below lists the game types offered by each of the best DFS sites reviewed above.

If you’re reading this page, you might be wondering where daily fantasy sports are legal. Similar to sports betting, states can legalize and regulate DFS games as they see fit. Some states have strict regulations outlining exactly which DFS games are legal, while other states don’t have any laws or rules on the books about DFS at all. In those states DFS sites operate without licenses but they are not breaking any laws because DFS is not prohibited.

Five states have explicitly banned DFS sites from operating in their states. DFS fans in Montana, Idaho, Washington, Nevada, and Hawaii are sadly out of luck. No traditional DFS sites operate in any of those five states.

While the other 45 states allow for some form of DFS gaming, they do not all allow every type of DFS games. Pick’em games are becoming popular but also attracting scrutiny in some states because of their similarity to player prop sports wagering. A handful of states have prohibited them altogether.

Most states allow those 18 and older to play DFS games, though a few don’t allow anyone under 21 to sign up at DFS sites, similar to sports betting. Below is a list of all the states that allow DFS wagering and which also allow Pick’em games.

Banking options

The number of banking options available at the best DFS sites is limited, especially compared to a traditional sportsbook. Most DFS sites only have a handful of deposit options and usually one or two withdrawal options. This is admittedly a frustrating situation that we thought would have been addressed by now. Things are getting better, as you can see in the table below. DFS sites are listening to their customers and are adding more banking options to ensure players can easily fund their accounts and withdraw funds as quickly as possible.

Best DFS sites versus online sportsbooks

Prior to the rise of pick’em games, there was a huge difference between DFS and online sportsbooks. Back before sports betting was legalized, DFS was the only legal way to “bet” on sports, and millions of people put together lineups every week and enjoyed competing in huge tournaments for big payouts.

Things are different now in more ways than one. Sportsbooks offer player prop bets, which are a wager on whether a player will perform above or below a metric. State regulators approve these bet types and regularly audit whether the type of bet is appropriate. Some states have banned player prop bets on college players, for example. This oversight is necessary and important in order to have a fair sports betting marketplace.

Pick’em sites like PrizePicks offer a surprisingly similar bet type, even allowing users to compete against the house rather than against other players, which is how traditional DFS sites operate. They are doing this while not being subject to the same regulatory scrutiny as licensed sportsbooks, which has caused concern among legislators in several states. Pick’em games are becoming scrutinized due to their similarity to sports betting, so it will be interesting to see where things end up from a regulatory standpoint.

For now, pick’em games remain extremely popular and are a fun way to predict a player’s performance and potentially win a lucrative payout. Traditional DFS games offered by DraftKings and FanDuel are also still very popular, even in the age of sports betting. DFS isn’t going anywhere, though the rules might tighten up a bit, which will end up being a good thing for players and DFS sites alike.

Best DFS sites conclusion

The best DFS sites share many traits, but they also have unique features that separate them from the competition. All the DFS sites mentioned in this page are legal and regulated in the states in which they operate. Every state has different rules on DFS, but if you’re in a state with legal DFS, you have about a dozen top DFS sites to choose from.

We recommend all of the DFS sites listed on this page and encourage you to sign up for a few different sites to check out the differences and find the best one for you. Fantasy Football Survey - Header

Since its creation, fantasy football has gone way beyond being a simple game that you chat about with co-workers around the water cooler. Born in 1962, it has steadily grown into a cultural phenomenon that’s woven itself deeply into the fabric of the NFL.

Now, in 2025, the excitement of game night doesn’t stop at the stadium; it spills over into living rooms and group chats as millions of fans track the real-time performances of their fantasy NFL rosters.

Every touchdown, interception and yard gained carries extra weight, heightening the drama and sparking friendly rivalries. And for some, the stakes are even higher. In leagues across the country, last-place finishers are forced to endure light-hearted but humiliating forfeits, from cringeworthy TikTok dances to bizarre food challenges.

Ahead of this season’s kick-off, we surveyed fantasy football players to uncover their unique habits, strategies and preferences. The results offer fresh insight into the psyche of players, revealing fascinating insights into how this pastime furthers their connection to the NFL and even shapes their social lives.

When and where do fans manage their fantasy football teams?

A key aspect of fantasy football habits is how long players spend drafting teams and managing line-ups. And when asked whether they felt addicted to checking their fantasy teams, 45% said “yes, absolutely”, while 34% said that they only “occasionally” felt the urge to check. Meanwhile, just 12% said they felt addicted “only during game days”, and 9% said “not at all”.

Naturally, some states have more fantasy NFL buffs who feel absolutely addicted, such as 41% of players in Florida, 42% in Texas, and a mighty 52% in California. The age of players is also a major factor too, as 50% of people aged 18-24 and the same number of players aged 35-44 said they were absolutely addicted, compared to just 18% of those aged 65 and over.

But how much time do players actually spend playing fantasy football? Well, it largely depends on which team you support. The national average is between 1 and 3 hours a week (53% of players), but some fans are even more invested.

Followers of the Baltimore Ravens spend 3 hours and 45 minutes per week managing their fantasy NFL teams, placing them in the top three. While Buffalo Bills fans commit a tiny bit more of their time to this passion, averaging 3 hours and 47 minutes per week.

But the number one spot clearly goes to fans of the New York Giants, who happily dedicate an incredible 4 hours and 6 minutes every week to their fantasy football rosters!

As for their surroundings when managing fantasy football teams, 24% of players do it while watching the actual game, and 20% put time aside before sleeping. An additional 15% focus on fantasy NFL when on a lunch break, and 8% do it while actually at work.

Surprisingly, only 8% manage their teams while enjoying some quiet time on the toilet.

And the commitment doesn’t end there, as players are willing to delay or even cancel all kinds of plans because of fantasy football. A night out with friends suffers the most, as 23% of players will delay or cancel in favor of fantasy NFL. A family dinner (20%) and weekend plans (20%) are also commonly sacrificed, and 8% of players will even postpone or call off a date!

Common fantasy football habits

Fantasy football is so popular and absorbing that many players find themselves rooting for players on their teams more than the real-life team they support. In fact, 60% of players say they’re either always or often rooting for players who don’t play for their supported team.

When it comes to this level of dedication, the most affected fantasy NFL fanbases are the Arizona Cardinals (53%), Los Angeles Chargers (48%), Atlanta Falcons (43%), New Orleans Saints (37%) and Miami Dolphins (36%).

Many fans (69%) even draft players from their favorite NFL teams despite knowing they may not perform well. This is especially common among people aged 45-54, as 71% of them show blind faith and draft a player knowing that they may not do a great job. Meanwhile, only 36% of fantasy football fans aged 65+ would do the same.

The most confident fantasy football players

Some people are so proud of their fantasy football management skills, they believe they could do a better job than an actual NFL coach. Overall, 46% of players say they sometimes feel this way, especially when NFL coaches make shocking calls. Even more impressive are the 29% of fantasy NFL players who say they could do a better job “every Sunday, without fail”.

There are some fan bases in particular that believe they could manage a team better than professional NFL coaches, with 44% of New York Giants, 44% of Detroit Lions and 47% of Arizona Cardinals fans confidently making this bold claim.

This isn’t surprising, though, as 60% of players say that fantasy football has made them more knowledgeable of NFL teams. In addition, 48% say it has helped them find out more about individual players, and 41% better understand player positions and roles due to fantasy NFL.

However, only 15% say the game has made them more knowledgeable of coaching styles and decisions, but perhaps that’s because they were already masterminds of the sport (at least in their own humble opinion).

Catch the latest sports news

So, there you have it. It’s clear to see that fantasy football isn’t just a pastime, as many Americans consider it a season-long rollercoaster of strategy, suspense and pure chaos. It turns casual NFL followers into stat-crunching analysts and makes every Monday night matchup feel like the Super Bowl.

Whether you’re a diehard player who researches every aspect of the sport or a newcomer just trying to avoid last place (and the dreaded TikTok dance forfeit), the thrill of competition will keep you coming back year after year.

Our survey also shows that fantasy football habits go far beyond the game itself. They shape friendships, fuel rivalries, and sneak their way into everyday conversations at work, at home and on social media. As the new NFL season kicks off, millions will once again obsess over points, plays and playoffs, because in the world of fantasy NFL, every fan is also a team owner.

In fact, many believe they can do a better job than the real NFL coaches… all from the comfort of their own bathroom.

The question is, are you part of the 30% of fantasy football players who watch every NFL game? Or maybe you just like to catch up on the latest sports developments when you get a spare minute? Whatever the case, we have all the latest sports news right here.
