Making money on player props isn’t strictly about finding winners. You certainly need to be able to make knowledgeable decisions about the players, but you also need to handle aspects that aren’t directly involved with the NBA.

Below, I’ll break down not only how to succeed with these outside aspects but also where to look to find what to pick with the players.

NBA Pick’Em Tips: Max Value Strategies

Make sure to implement all our best tips and winning strategies in your picks this season.

Bankroll Management

The most difficult aspect of player props for young users to understand is that you will lose. You’ll lose a lot. It isn’t about winning every play. It’s about making money. There’s a ton of variance in sports, and a loss doesn’t necessarily mean it was a bad pick. On the other hand, a win also doesn’t mean it was a good pick.

The easiest way to limit this variance is by using smart bankroll management. There’s enough variance in the actual sport and results themselves, you don’t need to add more variance via your style of play.

There are several ways you can use your bankroll, but it has to stay consistent. First, 1 unit should equal 1% of your bankroll. If you have a $1,000 bankroll, 1 unit would equal $10.

Once you understand units, you simply need to stay consistent. The easiest way to do this is to place 1 unit on every play. As you win more, your units increase, and you’ll place more actual money (not more units) on each play.

If you want to get more advanced, you can create a scale between 1 and 5. You can play 1 unit on your least favorite plays and 5 units on your favorite ones. The in-between will sit at 2, 3, and 4 units. This is for more advanced players, as you have to make decisions about how much you like specific plays compared to others.

Regardless of whether you’re a novice or expert, you need to have smart, disciplined bankroll management, or you aren’t going to profit over the long run.

Must be 18+ (19+ in AL, NE; 19+ in CO for some games; 21+ in AZ, MA, and VA) and present in a state where Underdog Fantasy operates. Terms apply. See assets.underdogfantasy.com/web/PlayandGetTerms_DFS_.html for details. Offer not valid in MD, MI, OH, and PA. Concerned with your play? Call 1-800-GAMBLER or visit www.ncpgambling.org; NY: Call the 24/7 HOPEline at 1-877-8-HOPENY or Text HOPENY (467369)

Leverage Sites

Leveraging sites is one of the best ways to find edges in player props. There are a few different ways to leverage sites, as they all offer different types of ways to play player props.

The first way to leverage a site is to compare the actual prop. For instance, LeBron James could be set at 23.5 points on PrizePicks, 24.5 on Underdog, and 22.5 on Sleeper. Assuming the payout is the same on all three sites, you’re getting the biggest discount on Sleeper. That’s where you should play.

When considering this, it’s important to understand that getting even a point off of a total can add up over the long run.

The second way to leverage these sites is via the payout. PrizePicks has set payouts, excluding stacks, while Sleeper has variable odds, and Underdog is a combination of both of them.

If you have a play [same on all sites] that involves Luka Doncic and Trae Young, you should compare the payouts on each site. It’ll be 3x on PrizePicks, but it might be 3.15x on Underdog and 3.35x on Sleeper. In this instance, Sleeper is the best site to make this play.

You may think 0.35x is only a slight increase, but if you extrapolate this over 100 wins, you’re now up +35 units compared to PrizePicks and +20 units over Underdog.

Minutes

Minutes are the most important aspect to consider for the NBA. If you aren’t on the court, you can’t record stats. It’s simple, but it’s an overlooked aspect of playing NBA props.

Limited opportunities limit players drastically more in basketball than in other sports. If you get only one shot at the basket, your ceiling is 4 points. In baseball, one at-bat can turn into a home run. In football, one play can turn into 99 yards and a touchdown.

You certainly want more opportunities in other sports, but opportunities are more important in basketball because of the limited ceiling a player has on any individual opportunity. More minutes equal more opportunity for specific opportunities.

Andre Drummond is one of the easiest players to see this with in the NBA because his high-end per-minute production is outstanding. In 2023-24, Drummond averaged 8.4 points, 9.0 rebounds, 0.5 assists, 0.9 steals, and 0.6 blocks in only 17.1 minutes per game for the Chicago Bulls.

On a normal basis, Drummond is limited in his opportunities because of his lack of minutes. On a per-36-minute basis, his averages are 17.7 points, 18.9 rebounds, 1.0 assist, 1.9 steals, and 1.3 blocks.

Granted, more minutes don’t guarantee production to expand at a certain rate, but the minutes show the difference in what’s available for a player, particularly like Drummond.

Matchups

Matchups are one of the most important aspects of projecting basketball props. Some teams are drastically better or worse against certain positions, and those are situations you can avoid or take advantage of.

In 2023-24, the Washington Wizards allowed 26.72 points per game to opposing centers. It was the most in the NBA. The Sacramento Kings allowed only 19.57 points per game to the position, which was the lowest in the league. The difference between these teams was an average of 7.15 points per game.

Matchups aren’t only important for points, though. They’re important for every aspect of basketball. Rebounds, assists, three-pointers, steals, blocks, and turnovers are all aspects that are affected by matchups.

Restrictions apply. See sleeper.com/match for details. 18+ (19 in AL & NE; 21 in MA & VA). First-time depositors only. $25 minimum. 100% match up to $100. Play Responsibly. Call/text 1-800-426-2537 for help.

Injuries/Rest Days

Injuries and rest days are one of the most important in the NBA because they dictate minutes and opportunities. These aren’t quite as important for players with small roles, and they are more important for stars. That isn’t to say they aren’t important for everyone, depending on the situation.

When a player misses a game, their minutes and opportunities are distributed to others. For example, if Nikola Vucevic would’ve missed a game in 2023-24, Drummond would’ve bumped from ~17 minutes to closer to 30. The difference in minutes gives an immediate upgrade in opportunity.

When you’re considering stars, the opportunities are more than just minutes. Certain players demand the ball, and it limits the opportunities of others. For example, the Milwaukee Bucks stars Damian Lillard and Khris Middleton averaged 5.1 and 4.0 more points per game without Giannis Antetokounmpo on the court.

Injuries and rest days change players’ minutes and roles, which are what create opportunities. It’s an important aspect of figuring out those potential stats.

Advanced Metrics

Box scores are a useful tool sometimes, but they generally don’t tell us what we want to know. They tell us the past, but we’re looking at the future. There are several predictive stats that we can use to have a better chance at hitting player props in the future.

For scoring, shot attempts are more important than points. If one player shoots 5/20 and another shoots 5/5 and they both score 10 points, they look the same in the box score. They aren’t the same, though, and we can project that in the future, the first player will find [positive] regression while the second player will find [negative] regression.

Rebound chances are more important than actual rebounds. I prefer the player with fewer rebounds and more chances in the future compared to the player with more rebounds and fewer chances. Keep in mind, these are for drastic differences, as some players are better at converting their chances.

Arguably the most important of these predictive stats are potential assists. So much can go wrong with assists because you’re banking on a player to do something very specific with the ball while also making the shot. There’s variance to shooting, and potential assists will always predict the future better than assists in the box score.

Lakers Prediction and Preview

The Los Angeles Lakers are expected to be without Luka Doncic and LeBron James tonight. This is going to open an elite amount of usage for the rest of the rotation. It’ll also open plenty of minutes.

Austin Reaves is going to take on the massive role that he saw earlier in the season. He’s the new focal point of the team, and he’s going to have the green light to do anything he wants.

We’re also expected to get 30+ minutes from Deandre Ayton, Rui Hachimura, and Jake LaRavia. All three are solid options in this situation, but Ayton sticks out the most. Gabe Vincent and Dalton Knecht are also likely to find some minutes.

Celtics Prediction and Preview

The Boston Celtics have a fairly specific rotation, although Jaylen Brown is questionable tonight. I’d expect him to play, but it’s something to monitor.

Derrick White, Payton Pritchard, and Brown are the main focal points of the offense. They’ll soak up usage and minutes, and they all come with incredible upside.

Neemias Queta is finding solid minutes at center, but he needs others to create for him. Jordan Walsh has also worked his way into bigger minutes at power forward. Finally, Anfernee Simons is playing his sixth-man role off the bench. Sam Hauser and Josh Minott will also find minutes, but they’ll see limited roles.

Lakers vs Celtics Props and Picks Today

There are plenty of Los Angeles vs Boston player props to choose from on Underdog for Friday night’s slate of games. Let’s dive into the Lakers vs Celtics predictions!

Austin Reaves Player Props – Higher Than 47.5 PRA

Reaves is in the midst of an outstanding season for the Los Angeles Lakers, and he’s been unbelievable with Luka Doncic and LeBron James out of the lineup. Both of those players are doubtful to suit up tonight.

In four games without the two “stars,” Reaves is averaging 41.0 points, 5.3 rebounds, and 10.0 assists in 39.7 minutes per game. He’s posted 48+ PRA in three of those four games, and his only miss was 45 PRA.

Derrick White Player Props – Higher Than 5.5 Assists

White hasn’t been as good as most people were expecting this season. He’s still a focal point in the offense, and he comes with plenty of upside as a facilitator. Overall, he’s averaging 5.3 assists on 9.4 potential assists per game this season.

The veteran gets a plus matchup against the Los Angeles Lakers. They’re giving up the seventh-most assists (9.0) per game to opposing point guards this season. White boasts more than enough upside to beat this number.

Jaylen Brown Player Props – Higher Than 29.5 Points

Brown has looked elite for the Boston Celtics without Jayson Tatum this season. He’s averaging 29.0 points on 21.7 FGA, 5.9 3PA, and 6.9 FTA in 33.4 minutes per game. He’s quietly scored 30+ points in four of his last five games, including a pair with 40+ points.

Boston’s star will face off against the Los Angeles Lakers tonight. They’ve been the worst defense in the NBA against scoring small forwards in 2025. The Lakers are giving up a league-high 26.2 points per game to the position, and Brown comes with 40+ point upside in this matchup.

Cowboys Prediction and Preview

The Dallas Cowboys have a fairly condensed offense at this point. Dak Prescott will lead the way, throwing to CeeDee Lamb and George Pickens. These two receivers have proven they can both be the WR1, and they’re commanding targets at an elite rate. Jake Ferguson is also finding targets, while Javonte Williams is playing the majority of the running back snaps.

Malik Davis is taking the excess snaps at running back, while KaVontae Turpin and Ryan Flournoy are finding extra receiver snaps. These three aren’t making a big enough impact to be considered in this game, though.

Lions Prediction and Preview

The Detroit Lions aren’t as simple because of injuries. Amon-Ra St. Brown isn’t expected to play tonight, while Sam LaPorta, Kalif Raymond, Brock Wright, and Shane Zylstra have all been ruled out.

Jared Goff, Jahmyr Gibbs, and Jameson Williams are going to be the elite trio for Detroit. Gibbs is as versatile a running back as there is in the NFL, and Williams looked outstanding in the WR1 role last week. This game should feature these three in as many ways as possible.

David Montgomery will continue his role, but he isn’t playing as many snaps as in the past. We’re expecting to see Isaac TeSlaa and Tom Kennedy play more snaps at receiver, and they make sneaky options. Ross Dwelley and Anthony Firkser are expected to split time at tight end.

Cowboys vs Lions Props and Picks Today

There are plenty of Dallas vs Detroit player props to choose from on Underdog for Thursday Night Football. Let’s dive into the Cowboys vs Lions predictions!

Jared Goff Prediction: Higher Than 252.5 Passing Yards

Goff’s enjoying another strong season for the Detroit Lions. He boasts 3,025 yards, 25 touchdowns, and 5 interceptions through 12 games. He’s also averaging slightly over 260 yards per game at home this season.

The Dallas Cowboys have struggled against quarterbacks in 2025. They’re giving up the second-most passing yards (270.3) per game this season. The obvious concern is Amon-Ra St. Brown and Sam LaPorta being injured, but Detroit still has several elite weapons.

Jameson Williams Prediction: Higher Than 83.5 Receiving Yards

Williams has been extremely inconsistent throughout the 2025 season. He’s posted 38 receptions for 706 yards and 6 touchdowns thus far. He’s recorded as few as 0 (twice) and as many as 144 yards (only game without Amon-Ra St. Brown) in a game.

The young receiver gets an elite matchup against the Dallas Cowboys. They’re allowing the fourth-most receiving yards (167.5) per game to opposing receivers. The Cowboys have also struggled against big plays, which is where Williams thrives.

CeeDee Lamb Prediction: Higher Than 82.5 Receiving Yards

Lamb missed some time with an injury this season, but he’s an elite option for the Dallas Cowboys. He’s recorded 51 receptions for 744 yards and 3 touchdowns on 79 targets through 8 games. He’s also coming off one of his best games of the season.

Lamb gets an interesting matchup against the Detroit Lions. They’re allowing 150.4 receiving yards per game to opposing wide receivers this season. More importantly, Lamb is a big-play waiting to happen, and Detroit is a defense that will give up plenty of explosive plays throughout the game.

Miami Heat Prediction and Preview

The Miami Heat are dealing with a few key injuries tonight. Norman Powell, Pelle Larsson, and Keshad Johnson are all questionable tonight. Powell is the obvious key of this trio.

The Heat have a relatively set rotation, assuming everyone is healthy. Tyler Herro, Powell, and Bam Adebayo are the top options in the offense. They’ll find the majority of the usage. Davion Mitchell and Andrew Wiggins are also expected to find plenty of minutes, and they both come with plenty of upside.

Kel’el Ware and Jaime Jaquez will also find minutes, but they’ll generally be limited to minutes in the 20s. We could also see Dru Smith, Larsson, Nikola Jovic, and Simone Fontecchio, but none of them are going to play a role that matters for fantasy/betting purposes.

Dallas Mavericks Prediction and Preview

Dereck Lively has already been ruled out for the Dallas Mavericks, while Daniel Gafford and PJ Washington are questionable.

If Washington suits up, he’ll have a major role in the rotation. Anthony Davis is the obvious player that is going to find the most usage here, though. Cooper Flagg is another player who will find high-end minutes and solid usage. We could also see Ryan Nembhard, Naji Marshall, and Max Christie play bigger minutes, but they’re secondary options.

We’ll also see players like Klay Thompson, Brandon Williams, and D’Angelo Russell find minutes, but they’ve each been limited in recent games.

Mavericks vs. Heat Props and Picks Today

There are plenty of Miami vs Dallas player props to choose from on Underdog for Wednesday night’s slate of games. Let’s dive into the Mavericks vs. Heat predictions!

Ryan Nembhard Player Props – Higher Than 4.5 Assists

Nembard is averaging 3.7 assists on 6.8 potential assists in only 15.7 minutes per game this season. He’s played 15+ minutes in only 5 games this season, averaging 5.8 assists per game. He also played 30+ minutes in his last game, posting 10 assists against the Denver Nuggets.

The rookie gets a solid matchup against the Miami Heat. They’re giving up the sixth-most assists (9.4) per game to opposing point guards. Nembhard is expected to play solid minutes tonight, making this total a bit too low.

PJ Washington Player Props – Higher Than 22.5 PR

Washington’s found plenty of success for the Dallas Mavericks this season. He’s averaging 16.0 points on 13.3 FGA, 4.7 3PA, and 4.0 FTA in 31.7 minutes per game. He’s also averaging 8.3 rebounds on 13.3 rebound chances per game.

The veteran gets a plus matchup against the Miami Heat. They’re giving up the fifth-most points (25.3) and rebounds (11.4) per game to opposing power forwards. If Washington plays tonight, he should see more of his minutes at power forward, giving him an elite ceiling.

Bam Adebayo Player Props – Higher Than 28.5 PR

Adebayo continues to be a top option for the Miami Heat. He’s averaging 19.4 points on 14.5 FGA, 5.2 3PA, and 4.9 FTA in 30.4 minutes per game. He’s averaging 8.6 rebounds on 13.4 rebound chances per game as well.

The Dallas Mavericks have consistently struggled against centers this season. They’re giving up the fourth-most points (25.3) and seventh-most rebounds (15.6) per game to the position. I have some concerns about Anthony Davis playing the majority of minutes at center, but it likely won’t matter.

How to Watch Thunder vs Warriors Tuesday

  • When: Tuesday, December 2, 2025
  • Time: 11:00 PM EST
  • Where: Chase Center – San Francisco, CA
  • Watch: NBC/Peacock

Oklahoma City Thunder Betting Preview

Shai Gilgeous-Alexander will continue to see elite usage as the team’s star. Chet Holmgren and Jalen Williams will fill out the “Big 3” for this team, and they’ll also play massive roles in the rotation. Ajay Mitchell and Cason Wallace will see limited usage, but they will see minutes.

We should also see limited roles from Aaron Wiggins, Isaiah Joe, Kenrich Williams, and Jaylin Williams.

Golden State Warriors Betting Preview

If Butler is able to suit up, he’ll play a massive role in the Golden State offense. Draymond Green and Brandin Podziemski are also expected to see solid minutes, although both tend to act more as facilitators than scorers. Moses Moody should find plenty of minutes in this game, and he’ll see a bump if Butler is out.

The rest of the team is expected to be relatively limited. Jonathan Kuminga is the clear option to take over, but he’s on a minutes restriction at the moment. Quinten Post, Buddy Hield, Gary Payton, and Will Richard are all expected to find ~20 minutes in this game as well.

Thunder vs Warriors Props and Picks Today

There are plenty of Oklahoma City vs Golden State player props to choose from on Underdog for Tuesday night’s slate of games. Let’s dive into the Thunder vs Warriors predictions!

Shai Gilgeous-Alexander Player Props – Higher Than 31.5 Points

Gilgeous-Alexander continues to be an elite scorer for the Oklahoma City Thunder. He’s averaging 32.5 points in 33.5 minutes per game. He’s also averaging 19.7 FGA, 5.1 3PA, and 10.1 FTA per game.

SGA gets a plus matchup against the Golden State Warriors. They aren’t a terrible defense by any stretch, but I’m also not concerned about their defense in this matchup. The blowout is a bigger concern.

Chet Holmgren Player Props – Higher Than 27.5 PRA

Holmgren is enjoying a solid season for the Oklahoma City Thunder. He’s averaging 18.2 points, 8.0 rebounds, and 1.7 assists in 29.6 minutes per game. He’s only played two games without Isaiah Hartenstein, averaging 30.5 PRA per game.

Most importantly, Holmgren gets a great matchup against the Golden State Warriors. They’ve struggled against centers this game, and the young big man will slide to play the majority of his minutes at the 5 tonight. The Warriors are giving up 44 PRA per game to opposing centers.

Moses Moody Player Props – Higher Than 12.5 Points

Moody has looked better for the Golden State Warriors this season. He’s played in five games without Stephen Curry, averaging 12.6 points in 28.7 minutes per game. More importantly, he’s averaging 11.8 FGA, 7.8 3PA, and 2.0 FTA per game.

This isn’t an ideal matchup against the Oklahoma City Thunder, as they feature an elite defense. Jimmy Butler is currently questionable, though, and Moody will gain tons of value if he’s out. I do believe this is a solid number, even if he’s playing.

Week 13 Predictions: Patriots-Giants Player Props

Monday Night Football is back. Two young gunslingers will battle on the national stage. Today’s focus will be on alt props and ladder picks.

Check out some popular Patriots vs Giants props on Underdog:

TreVeyon Henderson Rushing Yards Ladder

The New England Patriots have done everything in their power to keep Henderson off the field, but he’s by far their best option in the backfield. He’s posted 558 yards and 5 touchdowns on 118 carries. He’s flashed incredible upside, posting 147 yards only three games ago.

Henderson boasts incredible breakaway speed. In his best game, he posted 140 yards on only 3 carries against the Tampa Bay Buccaneers. His longest run of the season is 69 yards. He’s also seen his two highest carry totals (19, 18) in his last two games.

The New York Giants have struggled against running backs throughout the season. They’re giving up the second-most rushing yards (126.8) per game to the position. The Giants are also giving up a ridiculous 6.2 yards per carry to opposing running backs in 2025.

I don’t fully trust New England will lean heavily on Henderson with Rhamondre Stevenson healthy, but they did last week, and the upside is too good to pass up.

Where to Bet: TreVeyon Henderson 60+ rushing yards (-146) through 100+ rushing yards (+410) | Ladder at FanDuel Sportsbook

Drake Maye Rushing Yards Ladder

Maye is a high-level runner at quarterback, but his role has been shocking this season. Overall, he’s posted 307 yards and 2 touchdowns on 75 carries in 2025. He hasn’t recorded more than 4 yards on designed carries, though, and he’s relying exclusively on scrambles to find yards with his legs.

Maye comes with tremendous upside, though. He’s posted 40+ rushing yards in three games this season, including 62 yards against the Tennessee Titans.

The New York Giants have also struggled against mobile quarterbacks this season. They’re giving up the second-most rushing yards (25.1) per game to the position.

The key here is that the New England Patriots will be without the left side of their line. The Giants can get pressure on opposing quarterbacks, and that could force Maye into more scrambles. He quietly comes with elite upside in this matchup.

Where to Bet: Drake Maye 20+ rushing yards (-130) through 40+ rushing yards (+400) | Ladder at FanDuel Sportsbook

Theo Johnson Receiving Yards Ladder

Johnson hasn’t been a dominant option this season, but he’s flashed plenty of upside for the New York Giants. He’s recorded 39 receptions for 427 yards and 5 touchdowns on 58 targets. He’s also locked into plenty of snaps in the slot, adding to his upside.

The young tight end has been featured more in recent games as well. He’s posted 75+ receiving yards in two of his last three games. They were the first two times he’s broken 70 yards in a game this season.

Luckily, Johnson gets a plus matchup against the New England Patriots. They feature a strong defense, but they do struggle against tight ends. The Patriots are giving up 6.3 receptions for 63.3 yards and 0.33 touchdowns on 8.4 targets per game to the position this season.

Where to Bet: Theo Johnson 30+ receiving yards (-144) through 70+ receiving yards (+580) | Ladder at FanDuel Sportsbook

Mavs Prediction and Preview

Anthony Davis will be the focal point of the offense while he’s on the floor. PJ Washington and Cooper Flagg are also expected to be locked into big minutes, and they’ll see their roles grow if Davis is out. Naji Marshall should play minutes in the mid-20s, and that is likely to increase if Davis sits.

D’Angelo Russell, Brandon Williams, and Klay Thompson are all finding minutes, but they will still be limited overall. Max Christie continues to play bigger minutes for Dallas, while Daniel Gafford is expected to sit in the mid-20s.

The Mavericks feature a deep rotation with a lot of guys seeing somewhat of limited playing time.

Lakers Prediction and Preview

The Los Angeles Lakers continue to run their “Big 3.” Luka Doncic, Austin Reaves, and LeBron James are playing big minutes with great usage rates, and they each have the ability to stuff the stat sheet. Deandre Ayton is expected to find plenty of minutes in this game as well.

Rui Hachimura doesn’t boast a good usage rate, but he is expected to find some solid minutes. Jake LaRavia, Marcus Smart, and Jaxson Hayes will clean up the excess minutes.

Lakers vs Mavs Props and Picks Today

There are plenty of Dallas vs Los Angeles player props to choose from on Underdog for Friday night’s slate of games. Let’s dive into the Mavs vs Lakers predictions!

Deandre Ayton Player Props – Higher Than 22.5 PRA

Ayton’s enjoying a solid season for the Los Angeles Lakers. He’s averaging 15.5 points on 10.5 FGA and 1.5 FTA per game. He’s also averaging 9.0 rebounds and 0.9 assists on 17.4 rebound chances and potential assists per game.

The Dallas Mavericks have struggled against centers throughout the season. They’re giving up the fourth-most points (25.5), sixth-most rebounds (16.0), and 4.4 assists per game to the position. Ayton hasn’t played in a few days, but he’s expected to find full minutes.

Luka Doncic Player Props – Higher Than 50.5 PRA

Doncic is in the midst of an elite season, and he continues to show why he’s a generational player. He’s averaging 35.2 points, 8.8 rebounds, and 9.2 assists in 37.2 minutes per game. He’s also averaging 56.3 PRA per game in three contests with LeBron James active.

The Dallas Mavericks aren’t awful against point guards, but I don’t believe the matchup matters. They do struggle with assists to them, and Doncic is an elite option.

Anthony Davis Player Props – Higher Than 19.5 Points

Davis has been sidelined for quite some time, but he’s performed well while on the floor this season. He’s averaging 20.8 points in 29.9 minutes per game. He’s also averaging 15.0 FGA, 2.2 3PA, and 6.2 FTA per game.

Davis will spend the majority of his minutes at power forward, which is a position the Dallas Mavericks struggle with. They’re giving up the third-most points (25.9) per game to opposing power forwards. Davis should play limited minutes in this game, but it’ll likely be enough to beat this low of a total. If he’s out, you can slide in PJ Washington here.

Lions vs Packers Predictions – Thursday, Nov. 27

The Green Bay Packers’ offense will be dependent on Josh Jacobs. If he plays, he’ll likely see a solid workload with Emanuel Wilson potentially mixing in more than usual. If he’s out, Wilson will see another huge workload.

The passing game looks relatively condensed at this point. Jordan Love will work with Christian Watson, Romeo Doubs, and Dontayvion Wicks as the top options. Matthew Golden is questionable, and he’d mix in with those three if he’s active. John FitzPatrick and Luke Musgrave are splitting snaps at tight end, but neither has a major role in the offense.

The Detroit Lions have a very condensed offense. Jahmyr Gibbs is their lead back, with David Montgomery having a significant role. They’ll continue to be featured, especially against this defense.

Jared Goff has two main targets with Sam LaPorta injured. Amon-Ra St. Brown and Gibbs each have 27% or better target shares in two games without their star tight end. Jameson Williams is always a big-play threat, while Brock Wright is getting the tight end snaps

Packers vs Lions Props and Picks Today

There are plenty of Green Bay vs Detroit player props to choose from on Underdog for Thursday Night Football. Let’s dive into the Packers vs Lions predictions!

Jahmyr Gibbs Higher Than 108.5 Rushing & Receiving Yards

Gibbs is a massive part of the Detroit Lions’ offense. He owns 951 yards and 10 touchdowns on 155 carries this season. He’s also added 48 receptions for 379 yards and 3 touchdowns on 55 targets.

This isn’t an elite matchup against the Green Bay Packers, but they’ve shown some vulnerability against the run. Gibbs has also seen 20 targets in two games without Sam LaPorta, and Detroit is going to get him the ball several ways in this game.

Christian Watson Higher Than 51.5 Receiving Yards

Watson’s seen mixed results for the Green Bay Packers this season, but he’s flashed. He’s posted 17 receptions for 283 yards and 2 touchdowns on 24 targets through 5 games. His role in the offense is growing as he gets healthier, though.

Watson gets an interesting matchup against the Detroit Lions this week. They haven’t been awful against wide receivers, but they will give up big plays. That’s exactly what Watson does best.

Amon-Ra St. Brown Higher Than 6.5 Receptions

St. Brown is one of the best receivers in the NFL, and he has an awesome role for the Detroit Lions. He’s recorded 75 receptions for 884 yards and 9 touchdowns on 103 targets. He’s also seen a ridiculous 33.8% target share in his last two games without Sam LaPorta.

Detroit’s star receiver also gets a plus matchup against the Green Bay Packers. They’ve been able to pressure opposing quarterbacks, forcing quicker throws. These result in easier targets, and that’s where St. Brown has found consistent success throughout his career.

Let’s dive further into Wednesday’s showdown in San Francisco.

Rockets vs Warriors Props & Prediction Today – Wednesday, Nov. 26

The Houston Rockets are dealing with injuries to Kevin Durant and Steven Adams. The offense will completely run through Alperen Sengun and Amen Thompson. Reed Sheppard is also expected to find big minutes, and he’ll see plenty of overall usage.

The Golden State Warriors will be without Al Horford, Jonathan Kuminga, and De’Anthony Melton tonight. Stephen Curry and Jimmy Butler are the two obvious options for this offense. They’ll take most of the usage with Draymond Green also playing a bigger role.

Houston Rockets Props & Prediction Today

Josh Okogie and Jabari Smith are also expected to find 30+ minutes tonight. They’ll have the secondary usage behind the three players listed above. Aaron Holliday and Clint Capela will also find roles, but they’re going to see limited minutes.

Golden State Warriors Thunder Props & Prediction Today

The Warriors have several other players who can score at a high rate, but they’re generally seeing lower usage and minutes. This list of players includes Brandin Podziemski, Moses Moody, Gary Payton, Quinten Post, Will Richard, and Buddy Hield.

Rockets vs Warriors Prediction: Best Player Props & Picks Today

There are plenty of Warriors vs Rockets player props to choose from for Wednesday. Let’s dive into the Warriors vs Rockets predictions!

Draymond Green Player Props – Lower Than 11.5 RA

Green’s seen mixed results throughout the season for the Golden State Warriors. He’s averaging 5.8 rebounds on 11.4 rebound chances per game. He’s also averaging 5.8 assists on 11.1 potential assists per game.

Green gets a terrible matchup against the Houston Rockets tonight. They’re allowing centers and power forwards to average only 26.2 rebounds and assists. It’s some of the lowest averages in the NBA this season.

Amen Thompson Player Props – Higher Than 19.5 Points

Thompson performed well for the Houston Rockets this season. He’s averaging 17.9 points on 14.5 FGA, 2.2 3PA, and 4.1 FTA in 36.5 minutes per game. He’s scored 28 points in his only game without Kevin Durant this season, and Durant’s already been ruled out.

The Golden State Warriors have also struggled against point guards this season. They’re giving up the seventh-most points (27.0) per game to the position. It’s an outstanding spot for Thompson to find success.

Alperen Sengun Player Props – Higher Than 41.5 PRA

Sengun is one of the most versatile bigs in the NBA. He’s averaging 22.4 points on 16.5 FGA, 2.9 3PA, and 6.7 FTA in 36.7 minutes per game. He’s also averaging 9.7 rebounds and 7.1 assists on 28.8 rebound chances and potential assists per game.

Unsurprisingly, the Golden State Warriors have struggled against centers this season. They’re giving up 44.6 PRA per game to the position. Sengun will find the majority of his minutes at the five with Steven Adams out tonight.

Lakers-Clippers Player Props & Predictions Today – Tuesday, Nov. 25

James Harden continues to lead the Los Angeles rotation. He’s locked into major minutes and a massive role. Kawhi Leonard should see an uptick in minutes, although he’s likely to still be “limited” a bit. Ivica Zubac is the other part of the “Big 3” for the Clippers, and he’ll be locked into a great spot.

Three other players are expected to find minutes in the mid- to high-20s tonight: Kris Dunn, John Collins, and Kobe Sanders. We’re also expected to find limited minutes from Chris Paul, Brook Lopez, and Nicolas Batum.

The Lakers finally have their Big 3 healthy, and they’re the focal points of the rotation. Luka Doncic, LeBron James, and Austin Reaves have consistently proven to find success, and they’re playing well together. All three boast incredible upside.

The next set of players is Rui Hachimura and Jake LaRavia. They’ll find minutes, but they aren’t going to find a ton of usage. Jaxson Hayes and Maxi Kleber will also find minutes with Deandre Ayton injured. Lastly, Gabe Vincent and Marcus Smart will have small roles tonight.

Clippers vs Lakers Props and Picks Today

There are plenty of Clippers vs Lakers player props to choose from on Underdog for Tuesday night’s slate of games. Let’s dive into the Clippers vs Lakers predictions!

Luka Doncic Player Props – Higher Than 49.5 PRA

Doncic’s in the midst of an elite season for Los Angeles. He’s averaging 34.5 points, 8.8 rebounds, and 8.9 assists in 37.1 minutes per game. He’s also averaging 52 PRA in two games with LeBron James this season.

The Los Angeles Clippers haven’t been the worst against point guards in the NBA, but they also haven’t been great. Overall, they’re allowing them to average 26.0 points, 7.0 rebounds, and 9.6 assists per game.

Austin Reaves Player Props – Higher Than 22.5 Points

Reaves is shifting into a star for the Los Angeles Lakers before our eyes. He’s averaging 27.6 points on 17.3 FGA, 7.9 3PA, and 9.6 FTA per game. He was expected to lose a bit of volume with the return of LeBron James, but he’s posted 22 and 26 points with James in the lineup.

The Los Angeles Clippers feature one of the worst defenses in the NBA against shooting guards. They’re giving up the third-most points (24.3) per game to the position. Reaves isn’t garnering all the attention with Doncic and James on the floor, giving him an edge in the scoring department.

Kawhi Leonard Player Props – Higher Than 20.5 Points

Leonard’s performed well while on the floor this season, but he’s dealt with health issues once again. He’s averaging 23.7 points in 32.5 minutes per game. He’s only played in 7 games.

The star forward gets an elite matchup against the Los Angeles Lakers, who have struggled against both forward positions. Leonard could see an increase in minutes as he continues to get healthier.
