Manning went 17-of-30 for 170 yards, 1 TD, and 1 INT in the Longhorns\u2019 stunning 14\u20137 loss last week. Texas was scoreless through three quarters and had little momentum.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Now they face San Jose State, who nearly beat Central Michigan (lost by just 2). Thirty-six points is a massive spread for a Texas offense still finding its footing.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Pick:<\/strong> San Jose State +36.5 &#8211; Even if Texas bounces back, that number is too steep.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-iowa-at-iowa-state\">Iowa at Iowa State<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>One of the weekend\u2019s best rivalries. Iowa State, ranked No. 22, demolished South Dakota 55\u20137 last week as QB Rocco Becht went 19-of-20 with 3 TDs. They\u2019ve already played two games this season and look sharp.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Iowa did beat Albany 34\u20137, but it was sluggish early (just 3\u20130 after one quarter). Iowa State has the momentum and quarterback advantage.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Pick:<\/strong> Iowa State Moneyline.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Notable Afternoon Slate (3:30 Kickoffs)<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Ohio State vs. Grambling<\/strong> \u2014 Total mismatch.
